Mesh Density & Frame Load Customization
Importers targeting specific dog size categories or market segments need precise mesh density and frame load specifications -- not generic "heavy duty" claims. ZRC allows you to specify and document both, with measurements recorded per production batch.
Specify mesh hole size (e.g. 1.5mm Γ 1.5mm), thread diameter, and weave density. Our QC team measures and photographs mesh panels per batch. Typical options: fine mesh (escape-proof for small breeds), standard mesh (ventilation-optimized), and heavy-duty mesh (chew-resistant for strong dogs).
Specify frame material grade (steel tube diameter, wall thickness, powder coat spec), joint connection type, and target load capacity. We test and document frame load ratings -- critical for large-breed crates where structural failure is a liability risk.
Every production order includes a written spec sheet documenting agreed mesh density, frame material grade, load rating, and key dimensions -- your reference document for repeat orders and buyer compliance submissions.
Pre-Shipment QC Report
Before any container leaves our factory, a structured QC inspection is completed and documented. The pre-shipment QC report includes photographic evidence, measurement records, and checklist sign-off -- the kind of documentation that protects you when buyers, customs, or insurance require proof of inspection.
