Design & Engineering
Week 1-2Our design team creates 2D drawings and 3D renderings. For ODM projects, we present existing designs with your customization options. You review and approve the design.
Sample Production
Week 2-4We produce 1-3 physical samples and ship them to you. Sample cost is typically $50-$150 depending on product complexity. Sample fee is refundable against your first bulk order of 500+ units.
Sample Approval & Revision
Week 4-5You test the sample and provide feedback. We make revisions if needed -- 1-2 rounds included at no extra cost. Once approved, you confirm the bulk order.
Bulk Production
Week 5-9Production begins after 30% deposit. We provide weekly progress photos and videos. QC inspection at 3 stages: incoming materials, in-process, and final inspection.
Packaging & Delivery
Week 9-10Products are packed per your specifications -- custom boxes, labels, inserts. We arrange shipping via sea, air, or express to your warehouse or Amazon FBA.

Sample costs range from $50 to $150 depending on product complexity. The sample fee is fully refundable when you place a bulk order of 500+ units. We typically produce 1-3 samples per project and ship them directly to your location.
Can I send my own design for you to manufacture?
Yes. You can provide sketches, technical drawings, reference photos, or even a competitor's product. Our design team will work with you to develop a manufacturable design, suggest material improvements, and flag any structural concerns before production begins.
How do you ensure product quality?
We conduct quality inspections at three stages: incoming raw materials, in-process production, and final pre-shipment inspection. We also welcome third-party inspections from agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, and others. Weekly production progress photos and videos are shared during bulk production.
Do you offer product design services?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create product designs from scratch based on your brief. Design service is included in OEM projects at no additional charge. We provide 2D technical drawings and 3D product renderings for your review and approval before sampling begins.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes. We have experience shipping to Amazon FBA warehouses in the US, EU, UK, Japan, and Australia. We handle FBA labeling requirements, carton dimensions, weight limits, and shipping arrangements including sea freight, air freight, and express courier.
What certifications do your products have?

How long does the entire OEM process take from start to finish?
